DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOUR THERAPY is specifically used in the treatment of borderline personality disorder. This is done by teaching specific skills to help an individual to emotionally regulate.

This can be offered on a one to one or group basis. As part of this treatment you will receive a dbt diary or equivalent and a Self Soothe Pack. Due to the nature of this Commitment to life therapy the last skill is access to your therapist within a 24 hour period.

Training is offered in DBT, EMDR, EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY, SUPERVISION, SINGLE SESSION THERAPY, CRISIS INTERVENTION TRAINING and DOMESTIC ABUSE WORKPLACE CHAMPiONS TRAINING.
